"Friendly staff, smooth stop"
I popped in assuming I’d have to wander around for a while, but the staff were friendly and pointed me in the right direction quickly. Overall, it was a decent visit and I found what I needed without any hassle.

"Warranty sorted surprisingly smoothly"
One of my old pans went faulty, and to be fair to Lakeland, they handled the warranty with no fuss at all, which isn’t always what you expect these days. They replied quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a whole drama. Really happy with how it was dealt with.

"Delivery took way too long"
I was waiting forever for my order to show up, which was already frustrating enough. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification again and again, which just made the whole thing even more annoying. Not a great experience, honestly

"Refund got sorted in the end"
I had to send an item back, and I thought the refund would come through a bit quicker than it did. It ended up taking a few extra days, so I reached out to customer service just to check what was going on. They got back to me quickly and helped get it sorted without making it a big ordeal. Not perfect timing-wise, but overall it was a decent experience

"Good stock when I needed it"
I had a look on Lakeland for a few kitchen bits after finding them out of stock in a couple of other places, and I was pleasantly surprised that most of what I wanted was actually available.
The website made it clear what was in stock, so I didn’t feel like I was taking a chance on whether things would turn up or not. I placed the order without any hassle, and everything arrived as expected.
One item was showing as low stock, which was a tiny bit of a shame, but at least they were upfront about it. Overall, I was happy with the experience and would use them again.

"Suspiciously perfect order"
I ordered a few kitchen bits from Lakeland and, everything showed up exactly how I’d picked it. No missing items, no weird substitutions, no wrong sizes — it all matched the order email perfectly. Even the delivery box was neat, which almost made me wonder what they know that other companies don’t. Maybe there’s some secret warehouse system they’re not telling us about. Either way, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely use them again...

"So much stuff to pick from"
I really like shopping on Lakeland because they basically have everything. I’ll go on for one kitchen thing and somehow end up looking at cleaning bits, gadgets, and all those handy little things everyone suddenly needs once they see them. The site’s easy to get around too, which makes it even more tempting. I always buy more than I planned, but that’s just what happens on Lakeland

"Checkout was easy"
Ordered from Lakeland and the whole checkout thing was simple enough. No messing around with this and that, payment went through fine, and the confirmation email turned up straight away. Happy with it overall.

"Really well packed"
My Lakeland order arrived faster than I thought. Nice surprise. Everything was packed properly too. No dents, no broken bits.
The box wasn’t huge for no reason either. Just neat and safe. Happy with it. 5 stars.

Picked up a few kitchen bits they’re decent for the price. Didn’t cost a fortune either, so I can’t really complain. If anything, it’s their fault I ended up grabbing more than I planned

"Staff were really helpful"
I popped into Lakeland for some new baking trays. The lady in store was really lovely. She didn’t rush me at all. She even checked the size for me. I found what I needed. Nice, easy shop

"Pretty accurate, though I had mixed feelings"
The product details were definitely accurate, the size, features, and overall description matched what showed up, which made ordering a lot easier. I appreciated not having any surprises when it arrived. That said, I still had slightly mixed feelings overall, maybe because I was hoping it would feel a bit more impressive in person, but it was exactly as described...

"Helpful when something went wrong"
Had a bit of a problem with an order from Lakeland. Nothing major, but still annoying. Wasn’t really sure how it would go. Got in touch with customer service and they replied quickly. No drawn-out back and forth. Just sorted it. Friendly too, which makes a difference. Nice to feel like they still care after you’ve paid. I’d order from them again...

"Delivery wasn’t the most reliable"
I’ve always liked Lakeland products, but the delivery side of things was a bit frustrating this time. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, but nothing turned up, and the tracking didn’t really give me much to go on either.
Maybe it’s just me, but when I know a delivery is coming, I tend to plan my day around it, so having to wait in again the next day was annoying. It did arrive late afternoon eventually and the items were all fine, so it wasn’t a disaster, just not a great experience.

"Good customer service"
I had a small problem with my order, so I got in touch with Lakeland. They came back to me sooner than I thought and got it sorted with no hassle. Nice and easy, so I’m happy with the service...
